Bad News: a few weeks ago I wrote about how many people are moving…well it is all happening this summer. I think I’ll have to give them something soon. I really don’t know what to give them. I might get Zakuro a bracelet or a nice necklace or something. Oh I know, a long horn shirt for
PS sorry this is a little late my computer crashed on the weekend before I posted so I just barly got it up. Sorry.
I see stars in the sky, grass on the ground.
Smells in the air and flowers all around.
The frost is gone snow never come, but
Now summer is about to come.
The pool is cool, but the weather is hot.
Now since summer is here we sing “Hot Hot Hot!”
Some wish it were here, some wish it were not.
I am just happy with the weather we’ve now got.
The trees have turned green and the grass matches, too.
Colors are all around some red, pink, and blue.
The sky is bright and so are the days,
And it seems we don’t do everything the same ways.
We want to grow this time of year,
But we don’t think about it in the school year.
I am happy it is here I don’t mind it is hot.
Summer is on the way, so its time to look for my old sleeping spot.
In this story Daedalus built a maze to trap the king’s and queen’s son’ a monster called Minotaur. Daedalus, and his son Icarus, helped build the trap but they soon learned the maze was also used to kill people in order to keep the monster alive. The two, after trying to kill Minotaur, were imprisoned on the island and later found out how to escape by flying. Soon they flew out of their prison, but Icarus flew to high and he fell into the water and drowned while Daedalus flew to freedom. I thought the story was odd but interesting because Daedalus learned how to fly to get to his freedom.
